You will be taught the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) from punching and kicking to what happens when you connect, clinch, takedown, and grapple on the ground. Learn the art of Japanese Jiu Jitsu. The all-encompassing art differs from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in that in combines stand up striking, takedowns, grappling, and submissions. It predates BJJ by hundreds of years. BJJ was developed in the 1920s when Japanese Jiu Jitsu was brought to Brazil and adapted for sport.
Our kickboxing workouts incorporate kicking, punching, knees, and elbows for a dynamic, full-body workout. If you choose, you can test your skills against a partner in a controlled environment or train solo for killer cardio.
Personal training sessions and group fitness classes indoors and outdoors. Feed off the energy and positive vibes of your friends and brush up on your form with some one-on-one time.
